Schedule an Appointment

Billing & Payment

  • Once you have signed the Initial Proposal, we will reach out to you to schedule Site Assessment.

  • To reschedule, email us at msolar@maxis.com.my. Do contact us 1-day prior to your appointment date to avoid any late cancellation or reschedule charges.

    Requests for appointment rescheduling less than 1-day before the appointment date is chargeable at RM150.

  • Once you have signed the Technical Proposal, our team will promptly contact you to schedule your installation date at your convenience.

  • To reschedule, email us at msolar@maxis.com.my. Do contact us 10-days prior to your installation date to avoid any late cancellation or reschedule charges.

    Requests for appointment rescheduling less than 10-days before the appointment date is chargeable at RM700.
