  1. Why is my plan being updated to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 69/109?
     We’re retiring your current Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 68/108 plan and moving you to an updated plan with enhanced connectivity. You’ll continue to enjoy the same plan benefits, with your monthly fee increasing by only RM1 per month.
     
     • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 68 (RM68) → Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 69 (RM69)
     • Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 108 (RM108) → Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 109 (RM109)
  2. When will this change happen?
     Your plan will automatically update to Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 69/109 by 28/10/2026. No action is required from you.
  3. Can I keep my current plan?
     No. Your current plan is being discontinued. All users will move to latest Maxis Unlimited Postpaid plans or can choose another active plan.

     Our latest plans offer enhance data to support your everyday digital needs. The updated plan reflects our latest plan structure and ensures you remain on an active Maxis plan.

     You'll receive an SMS confirmation immediately after the update.
  7. Will my mobile number or SIM change?
     No. Only your plan updates - your number and SIM remain unchanged.

     Yes! Switch to any Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, or Family Plan anytime via:
     • Maxis app
     • Maxis Centre
     • Customer Service (123)

• V. Rebate & Changes

  9. Is there a contract?
     No. Maxis Unlimited Postpaid 69/109 has no lock-in period - change plans anytime without penalties.
  10. Can I revert to my old plan later?
      No. Discontinued plans aren't available. You may choose other current plans if the new plan doesn't suit you.
