      We're retiring your current MaxisOne Plan Lite 78 plan to offer enhanced connectivity. Maxis Postpaid 79 provides enhanced 300GB data for just RM1 more from your current RM78 monthly fee – with enhanced data plan ensuring you enjoy improved connectivity suited to modern needs
    2. When will this change happen?
      Your plan will automatically update to Maxis Postpaid 79 between 9 - 11 March 2026. No action is needed.
    3. Can I keep my current plan?
      No. Your current plan is being discontinued. All users will move to Maxis Postpaid 79 (just RM1 more from your current monthly fee) or can choose another active plan.

      No. This update is completely free - you'll continue paying RM79/month
    3. What happens after using the 300GB data?
      After exhausting your 300GB:
      1. Browse at reduced speed for free, OR
      2. Purchase additional data passes via Maxis app
    1. How will I know my plan changed successfully?
      You'll receive an SMS confirmation immediately after the update.
    2. Will my mobile number or SIM change?
      No. Only your plan updates - your number and SIM remain unchanged.
    1. Can I choose a different plan?
      Yes! Switch to any Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, or Family Plan anytime via:
      • Maxis app
      • Maxis Centre
      • Customer Service (123)
    2. Are voice-only plans available?
      No. Modern plans combine voice and data. Maxis Postpaid 79 maintains your voice/SMS usage while adding 300GB data at your current price.
    1. Is there a contract?
      No. Maxis Postpaid 79 has no lock-in period - change plans anytime without penalties.
    2. Can I revert to my old plan later?
      No. Discontinued plans aren't available. You may choose other current plans if Maxis Postpaid 79 doesn't suit you.
