    2. When will this change happen?
      Your plan will automatically update to Maxis Postpaid 199 between 9 - 11 March 2026. No action is needed.
    3. Can I keep my current plan?
      No. Your current plan is being discontinued. All users will move to Maxis Postpaid 199 or can choose another active plan.

    1. Is there extra cost for this update?
      No. This update is completely free - you'll continue paying RM199/month.
    2. What will be happen to my additional Share line since MP199 only support up to 4 Share lines?
      No worries — your additional Share line will not be disconnected. It will be seamlessly transitioned to the Maxis Lite 48 Plan, while continuing at the same RM48/month and retaining Unlimited Calls & SMS plus 50GB of data. This ensures uninterrupted service with no changes to your monthly fee or experience.
    1. How will I know my plan changed successfully?
      You'll receive an SMS confirmation immediately after the update.
    2. Will my mobile number or SIM change?
      No. Only your plan updates - your number and SIM remain unchanged.
    1. Can I choose a different plan?
      Yes! Switch to any Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, or Family Plan anytime via:
      • Maxis app
      • Maxis Centre
      • Customer Service (123)
    2. Are voice-only plans available?
      No. Modern plans combine voice and data. Maxis Postpaid 199 maintains your voice/SMS usage while adding Unlimited data at your current price.
    1. Is there a contract for Maxis Postpaid 199?
      No. Maxis Postpaid 199 has no lock-in period - you can change plans anytime.
    2. Can I revert to my old plan later?
      No. Discontinued plans aren't available. You may choose other current plans if Maxis Postpaid 199 doesn't suit you.
