Maxis Postpaid 69 & 99

  • Maxis Postpaid 69 & 99 plans are  Internet plans which offer unlimited voice calls, SMS and bundle with 4G and 5G Mobile Internet for Maxis Postpaid customers for customers who reside in Selected Regions*.

    It is only suitable for individual usage, but you have the option to share your data pool with others through a share line.

    *Selected Regions: East Malaysia, Kelantan or such other regions as may be determined by us.

  • We are introducing new Maxis Postpaid 69 & 99 plans! The new plans mentioned below come with more data 4G/5G and extra 5G data on us!

    Maxis Postpaid 69 80GB (4G/5G) + 80GB (5G only) all-day
    Maxis Postpaid 99 100GB (4G/5G) + 100GB (5G only) all-day
    Maxis Postpaid Share 39 30GB (4G/5G) all-day*
    Maxis Postpaid Share 48 50GB (4G/5G) all-day*

    *The 5G access of Maxis Postpaid Share 39 and 48 can only be accessed when connected to a Maxis Postpaid 69 and 99.

  • To enjoy the regional plans, you must reside and utilize your mobile plan features in those regions.

  • To register for Maxis Postpaid 69 and 99, a one-month advance payment is required. For non-Malaysians, RM300 is applicable.
    *You must be 18 years and above and meet our credit requirements.

  • The new 5G Mobile Internet allocation is only for the New Maxis Postpaid Plans;

  • Yes, you may change, however you will incur the early termination charge as per your signed device contract which is calculated based on:

    Penalty Amount = [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) – Upfront Cost) x (Remaining month(s) ÷ 24 months)] + RM 100

    However, changing your plan to Maxis Postpaid 139 and above will not incur any termination charge.

  • Yes, you may upgrade to our higher rate plan of Maxis Postpaid 139, 169 or 199 depending on your needs. Or you can upgrade your Maxis Postpaid Share 39 (if you have any) to Maxis Postpaid Share 48 which has 50GB quota!

  • The monthly commitment fee for your line(s) will be pro-rated in the first statement. However, Unlimited Call & SMS and your allocated Mobile Internet will not be pro-rated. From the second month onwards, you will be charged the full commitment fee.

  • Yes, it’s free to call 1800 toll free numbers from mobile phones, which has been in effect since January 2011.

    However, local call charges of RM0.15/min is applicable for calls to 1300 toll free numbers.

  • You will receive full quota upon plan upgrade.

  • You may change the share limit at any time, via the Maxis App

  • Yes, the upgrade will be charged at the prorate.

  • Yes, your bill for the following month will be charged and detailed to the plan that you’ve chosen to upgrade to.

  • To enjoy the new quota please activate your suspended line and subsequently upgrade your plan at our website or at our outlet.

  • The 5G access pass will be automatically deactivated when you upgrade to any of the new Maxis Postpaid plans

  • Your existing MISM service will not be able to be carried over to the new Maxis Postpaid plans. However, we have the new Maxis Connect Plans for Watch and Tablets. Contact us for more info.
