Maxis Lite 48 with RM 10 rebate

    1. Why is my plan being updated to Maxis Lite 48?
      We're retiring your current Talk & Surf Principal/Talk & Surf Supp line/ Value Surf 2 Principal/ Value Surf 2 Supp line plan to offer enhanced connectivity.
      Maxis Lite 48 provides 50GB data while maintaining your current RM 38 monthly fee through an automatic RM10 rebate - giving you more value at no extra cost.
    2. When will this change happen?
      Your plan will automatically update to Maxis Lite 48 between 9 - 11 March 2026. No action is needed.
    3. Can I keep my current plan?
      No. Your current plan is being discontinued. All users will move to Maxis Lite 48 (keeping your RM38 fee) or can choose another active plan.

    1. How does the RM10 rebate work?
      • Plan fee: RM48 monthly
      • Automatic rebate: RM10 credit applied every bill
      • You pay: RM38/month (same as now)
    2. Is there extra cost for this update?
      No. This update is completely free - you'll continue paying RM38/month
    3. What happens after using the 50GB data?
      After exhausting your 10GB:
      • Browse at reduced speed for free, OR
      • Purchase additional data passes via Maxis app
    1. How will I know my plan changed successfully?
      You'll receive an SMS confirmation immediately after the update.
    2. Will my mobile number or SIM change?
      No. Only your plan updates - your number and SIM remain unchanged.
    1. Can I choose a different plan?
      Yes! Switch to any Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, or Family Plan anytime via:
      • Maxis app
      • Maxis Centre
      • Customer Service (123)
        Note: Leaving Maxis Lite 48 means losing the RM10 rebate.
    2. Are voice-only plans available?
      No. Modern plans combine voice and data. Maxis Lite 48 maintains your voice/SMS usage while adding 50GB data at your current price.
    1. Why isn't Maxis Lite 48 on your website?
      This plan is exclusively for customers updating from retired plans. It's not available for new subscriptions.
    1. Will I lose the RM10 rebate if I change plans?
      Yes. The RM10 rebate applies only to Maxis Lite 48. Switching plans removes this specific rebate.
    2. Is there a contract?
      No. Maxis Lite 48 has no lock-in period - change plans anytime without penalties.
    3. Can I revert to my old plan later?
      No. Discontinued plans aren't available. You may choose other current plans if Maxis Lite 48 doesn't suit you.
