Maxis Lite 20 with RM20 Rebate

    1. Why is my plan being updated to Maxis Lite 20?
      We're retiring your current VVIP plan to offer enhanced connectivity. Maxis Lite 20 provides 10GB data while maintaining your RM0 monthly fee through a RM20 rebate - giving you valuable data benefits without changing your payment structure.
    2. When will this change happen?
      Your plan will automatically update to Maxis Lite 20 between 9 - 11 March 2026. No action is required.
    3. Can I keep my current plan?
      No. Your VVIP Plan is being discontinued. All users will move to Maxis Lite 20 (keeping RM0 monthly fee) or can choose another active plan.

    1. How does the RM20 rebate work?
      • Plan fee: RM20 monthly
      • Automatic rebate: RM20 credit applied every bill
      • You monthly subscription fee: RM0/month (same as current VVIP Plan)
    2. Is there extra cost for this update?
      No.  This update is completely free - you'll continue paying RM0/month on your access fee
    3. What happens after using the 10GB data?
      After exhausting your 10GB:
      • Browse at reduced speed for free, OR
      • Purchase additional data passes via Maxis app
    1. How will I know my plan changed successfully?
      You'll receive an SMS confirmation immediately after the update.
    2. Will my mobile number or SIM change?
      No. Only your plan updates - your number and SIM remain unchanged.
    1. Can I choose a different plan?
      Yes! Switch to any Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, or Family Plan anytime via:
      • Maxis app
      • Maxis Centre
      • Customer Service (123)
        Note: Leaving Maxis Lite 20 means losing the RM20 rebate.
    2. Are voice-only plans available?
      No. Modern plans combine voice and data. Maxis Lite 20 maintains your current payment approach (RM0 monthly subscription fee) while adding 10GB data at no cost.
    1. Why isn't Maxis Lite 20 on your website?
      This plan is exclusively for customers updating from retired plans. It's not available for new subscriptions.
    1. Will I lose the rebate if I change plans?
      Yes. The RM20 rebate applies only to Maxis Lite 20. Switching plans removes this benefit.
    2. Is there a contract?
      No. Maxis Lite 20 has no lock-in period - change plans anytime without penalties.
    3. Can I revert to my old plan later?
      No. Discontinued plans aren't available. You may choose other current plans if Maxis Lite 20 doesn't suit you.
