    1. Why is my MaxisONE Go WiFi/ Home WiFi plan being updated to Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan?
      We’re retiring your current MaxisONE Go WiFi/ Home WiFi plan to bring you enhanced 5G/4G support and better value. Here are your new rate plan details:
      • Maxis Home WiFi 68 → Maxis 5G Home WiFi 69 (with RM1 monthly rebate)
      • MaxisONE Go WiFi 78 → Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 (with RM21 monthly rebate)
      • MaxisONE Go WiFi 108 → Maxis 5G Home WiFi 139 (with RM31 monthly rebate)
      • MaxisONE Go WiFi 138 → Maxis 5G Home WiFi 139 (with RM1 monthly rebate)

    2. When will this change happen?
      Your plan will automatically update to Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan by 16/07/2026. No action is needed.
    3. Can I keep my current plan?
      No. Your current plan is being discontinued. All affected customers will be auto-upgraded to Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan, or you may choose another active plan based on your preference.
    1. What are the key benefits of Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan?
    Current Plan New Plan Details
    Maxis Home WiFi 68 Maxis 5G Home WiFi 69 Your data will be upgraded from 80GB to 150GB (5G/4G). Your monthly fee remains at RM68 through an automatic RM1 rebate.
    MaxisONE Go WiFi 78 Maxis 5G Home WiFi 99 Your data will be upgraded from 20GB to unlimited data* (speed up to 100Mbp). Your monthly fee remains at RM78 through an automatic RM21 rebate.
    MaxisONE Go WiFi 108 Maxis 5G Home WiFi 139 Your data will be upgraded from 35GB to unlimited data* (uncapped speed). Your monthly fee remains at RM108 through an automatic RM31 rebate.
    MaxisONE Go WiFi 138 Maxis 5G Home WiFi 139 Your plan will be upgraded from 4G-only data to unlimited data* with 5G/4G support. Your monthly fee remains at RM138 through an automatic RM1 rebate.

    1. How will I know my plan changed successfully?
      You'll receive an SMS confirmation to your can-be-reached number after the update.
    2. Will my mobile number or SIM change?
      No. Only your plan updates - your number and SIM remain unchanged.
    1. Can I choose a different plan?
      Yes! Switch to any Maxis 5G Home WiFi anytime via:
      1. Maxis app
      2. Maxis Centre
      3. Customer Service (123)
    2. Can I get a new 5G router for free after the plan upgrade?
      Yes, you have option to sign up a 12-month or 24-month contract for a free 5G home router, on Normal Device Contracting.
    1. Is there a contract?
      No. Maxis 5G Home WiFi plans has no lock-in period - you can change plans anytime.
    2. Can I revert to my old plan later?
      No. Discontinued plans aren't available. You may choose other current plans within Maxis 5G Home WiFi plan if the pre-selected plan doesn't suit you.
