Anyone 18 years or older residing within our fibre coverage area can subscribe to Maxis Home Fibre. We welcome both Malaysian citizens and foreigners.

Yes, foreign applicants will need to provide a refundable deposit of RM300.00 at the time of sign-up. All standard identification documents will also be required.

SPECIAL CASES

Yes, you can apply for Maxis Home Fibre service at a commercial property. However, please note that Maxis reserves the right to convert your plan to a Maxis Business Fibre package if it's determined that the service is being used primarily for business purposes.

- For Malaysian citizens: Valid MyKad and proof of address
- For foreigners: Valid passport, proof of address, and the RM300 refundable deposit
