Maxis Home Fibre: New Customer Sign-Up 

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

  • Anyone 18 years or older residing within our fibre coverage area can subscribe to Maxis Home Fibre. We welcome both Malaysian citizens and foreigners.

  • Yes, foreign applicants will need to provide a refundable deposit of RM300.00 at the time of sign-up. All standard identification documents will also be required.

SPECIAL CASES

  • Yes, you can apply for Maxis Home Fibre service at a commercial property. However, please note that Maxis reserves the right to convert your plan to a Maxis Business Fibre package if it's determined that the service is being used primarily for business purposes.

    • For Malaysian citizens: Valid MyKad and proof of address 
    • For foreigners: Valid passport, proof of address, and the RM300 refundable deposit
