Yes, you can. However, you may be re-contracted to a new 24-month contract.

You can request for plan upgrade anytime via Maxis app, or contact us for change fibre plan request.

No, change of Maxis router and BTU modem is not required. If you are upgrading to Maxis Home Fibre 1Gbps and above plan; we will issue a new router for you to enjoy higher speed.

Yes, but you’ll need to agree to a new 24-month contract. Good news! If you’re upgrading your plan, we’ll waive the new contract!
If you have a Home Zerolution contract, you can only upgrade to faster speeds while your Zerolution contract is active. Once it ends, you’re free to pick any plan!
