Decommissioning of Caller Line Identification Restriction (CLIR)

  • CLIR was a Value-Added Service which allows you to control the display of your mobile number to your call recipients.

  • Maxis decommissioned CLIR to comply with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Numbering Plan requirements, ensuring all calls and SMS deliveries displayed the caller’s actual number.
