Maxis Care

  • Most of your requests for services, bill and payment can done at Maxis Care. Here are some of the services on Maxis Care:-

    Mobile Internet : Manage DataPool and passes.
    International Roaming: Check roaming rates and buy Data Roam passes.
    Bill and Payment: View and pay bill, manage direct debit, manage eBill and etc
    Account management: link your accounts for easy management.

  • There are a few ways to access Maxis Care:-

    • Call us at 123, select Self Serve and you will receive an SMS with a link to Maxis Care
    • Bookmark Maxis Care
    • Sign in from www.maxis.com.my

    For secured transactions, you are required to use Maxis ID.

  • To access multiple lines under one account, you just need to log in with your principal line or sign up for Maxis ID.

    If you have multiple accounts under one NRIC, just sign up for Maxis ID with your email, verified your email address and linked your account in Maxis Care.

  • No data charges for accessing Maxis Care on your Maxis Mobile locally.

  • Here is the step by step guide to link your accounts which are under the same NRIC:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care landing page, tap on your profile icon and select "Manage Subscription".
    3. Tap on “Link My Accounts”.
    4. Select your ID type (NRIC for Malaysians or Passport for foreigners), verify account details and select “Continue”.
    5. A pop up will appear upon successful linking.
    6. Linked accounts will appear under “Manage Subscriptions”.
  • Here are the steps to reset your Maxis ID password:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care landing page, tap on your profile icon and select "Manage Subscription".
    3. Tap on “Manage Maxis ID”.
    4. Enter your old and new password following the password requirement and tap “Save”.
    5. You will receive a notification stating successful password change. Tap “OK” to dismiss the message.
  • Step by step guide on how to manage your DataPool:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care dashboard, tap on "Manage DataPool".
    3. Slide on the predefined limits on the mobile number you wish to make the changes to.
    4. Tap "Confirm" and you will receive a confirmation SMS.
    5. The new limit is reflected immediately on the Manage Datapool page.
  • Here are the steps to buy on Mobile Internet passes:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care dashboard, you can choose to tap on Buy Passes or Internet.
    3. Choose your desired type of passes offered, select the required option.
    4. Verify the pass you have selected and the amount charged, then tap “Confirm” to complete the purchase.
    5. You will receive an SMS of your successful purchase and the new quota is reflected immediately on dashboard or the service details card.
  • Here are the steps to buy DataRoam passes:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care dashboard, you can choose to tap on Buy Passes or Internet.
    3. Select the "Roaming" tab and choose the required country. You may also search by typing in the search bar.
    4. Select the required roaming pass, verify the charges and tap on "Confirm".
    5. You will receive an SMS of your successful purchase and the new quota is reflected immediately on dashboard or the service details card.
  • Here are the steps to check roaming rates:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care dashboard, you can choose to tap on Buy Passes or Internet.
    3. Select the "Roaming" tab and choose the required country, You may also search by typing in the search bar.
    4. Select the “Roaming Rates” tab. Click on the link provided, you will be presented with the roaming rates including any special passes where applicable.
  • Here are the steps to check bill details, credit limit, payment history and download your bill:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care landing page, select the mobile number you wish to check your bill details.
    3. On the dashboard, tap on the Bill card or Bills tab
    4. Then you will be able to see the following:
      • Credit Limit
      • Bill Cycle
      • Amount Due
      • Individual Line Charges and Unbilled Amount
      • View and Download past 6 month bills
      • Payment history
      • Payment Arrangement
      • eBill
      • Manage Direct Debit
      • Manage Digital Spend Limit
  • Here are the steps to pay your Maxis bill:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care dashboard, tap on “Pay Now” or tap on the bill card to pay from the Bill Details page.
    3. On confirm payment page, enter the amount you wish to pay and tap on “Pay Now”.
    4. Select the payment option, in this example “Credit/Debit Card”, enter your credit card details and tap “Continue".
    5. Enter your bank’s TAC/OTP code and tap “Submit”.
    6. You will get a payment confirmation page upon successful payment. Tap “Complete” to end.
  • Here are the steps to set up direct debit for your Maxis account:

    1. Login to your Maxis Care.
    2. On Maxis Care dashboard, tap on the bill card or Bills tab to go to "Bill Details" page. On the "Bill Details" page, select "Manage" next to "Direct Debit".
    3. Click on the toggle to enable.
    4. Enter your credit card details and tap "Continue".
    5. Enter your bank's OTP/TAC code.
    6. You will receive a message upon successful registration. Tap "Complete" to end
  • Here's how to bookmark Maxis Self Serve portal for quicker access:

    #1 How to access directly via web browser:
    Launch web browser. Key in "care.maxis.com.my" on the address bar. Tap go/enter.

    #2 How to add bookmark/favorite for faster access:
    In the browser menu, tap the "Add Bookmark" and give a name to the shortcut.
