Maxis ID

  • Maxis ID allows Maxis subscribers to log in to Maxis app or Maxis Care for self help, and make purchases on Maxis Online Store.

  • You can sign up online at www.maxis.com.my, click on 'Login' and sign up for an Maxis ID with your mobile number and email address.
    Alternatively, you can download Maxis app from Apple App Store or Google Play and sign up for Maxis ID before you log in.

  • Yes you can. Create a Maxis ID by providing the following details:

    1. A valid mobile number by any local service provider
    2. A valid email address (remember to verify by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you)

     

    You can then proceed to make purchase at the Maxis Online Store with your Maxis ID.

  • With Maxis ID, you would be able to have an overview and manage all your Maxis postpaid, broadband & fixed line with a single Maxis ID. Hence, you only need one Maxis ID regardless how many principal lines that you may have. To do this, please ensure you have added and verified your email address, then link your services via the Maxis app or Maxis Care.

  • Your sister can create her own Maxis ID. However, access will be limited to only managing the single line that she is using.

  • Yes, Supplementary line can sign up, but the access will be limited to supplementary' s bill, delete ECP and retrieval of PUK.

  • You may reset your password at www.maxis.com.my, click ‘Sign In’, choose to sign in via email, and click ‘Forgot password’. Alternatively, password reset can be done on Maxis app or Maxis Care. Just key in your email address at the login page, then click on ‘Forgot’ when password is required.

  • Yes, you can. You just need input the following details during the registration process and your Maxis ID will be linked to your subscribed Maxis services. 

    1.  A valid mobile number by any local service provider;
    2.  A valid email address (remember to verify by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you)
    3. Your ID number and your mobile or broadband account number.
