Miya - Your Maxis AI Assistant

  • Miya (Maxis Intelligence, Your Assistant) is your new AI Assistant in the Maxis app, currently in learning mode during its BETA phase. Think of Miya as a trainee assistant – it aims to make your experience smoother and more personalized but may occasionally need your patience as it improves.

  • To use Miya, simply:

    1. Update to Maxis app v9.2+
    2. Tap the green Maxis icon (center of bottom bar, between BILLS & DEALS)
  • Miya knows Maxis inside-out! Try asking it to:

    • Guide you: Roaming pass purchases or bill payments
    • Navigate the app: "Show me where to update my email"
    • Find info: Fibre availability or plan comparisons
    • Answer questions: "What's your cheapest mobile plan?"
  • As a BETA assistant, Miya is still training:

    Language: English only for now
    Input: Text questions only (no voice)
    Learning curve: May occasionally need rephrasing
