Miya (Maxis Intelligence, Your Assistant) is your new AI Assistant in the Maxis app, currently in learning mode during its BETA phase. Think of Miya as a trainee assistant – it aims to make your experience smoother and more personalized but may occasionally need your patience as it improves.

To use Miya, simply:
- Update to Maxis app v9.2+
 - Tap the green Maxis icon (center of bottom bar, between BILLS & DEALS)
 
 - 
			
			
			
Miya knows Maxis inside-out! Try asking it to:
- Guide you: Roaming pass purchases or bill payments
 - Navigate the app: "Show me where to update my email"
 - Find info: Fibre availability or plan comparisons
 - Answer questions: "What's your cheapest mobile plan?"

As a BETA assistant, Miya is still training:
✓ Language: English only for now
✓ Input: Text questions only (no voice)
