Manage Services/ Link Services

  • Manage Services allows you to view and manage all the services you have with Maxis, including your Hotlink Prepaid and Hotlink Postpaid lines.

  • If this is your first time using the app, please ensure that you have added and verified your email address. Once that’s done, you can link your services through the Maxis app or Maxis Care.

    1. Go to the "All Services" section to check your linked services.
    2. If you see the option, select “Link them now” to connect your services.
    3. After linking, refresh the app to view “All Services” again.


    You should now be able to see all your Maxis services. If you are still unable to view your services, please contact our support team by calling 123 from your Maxis mobile for further assistance. 

  • For privacy and security, only one principal line per NRIC/passport is allowed to have full access to view and manage all linked services. If you have multiple principal lines, only one can be the "master." Other lines can create their own Maxis ID but will have limited access to manage only their own line's usage, roaming, bills, and PUK code.
  • If your Maxis account is registered under your NRIC or passport, please call 123 to reset the Maxis ID of the principal line that has linked all services. After the reset, you can link your services on your desired principal line. Please inform the user of the other principal line that they will need to register for their Maxis ID again.
