• What is Maxis FaceID?

  Maxis ID allows customer to perform self-verification via https://faceid.maxis.com.my/tac for registration of products and services from Maxis.
  

• I have received SMS to perform self-verification @faceid.maxis.com.my/tac. How do I access?

  It is a short URL for you to copy to your browser to complete self-verification.
  Note: For iPhone, use Google Chrome browser instead of Safari.
  

• How do I perform self-verification?

  You can perform self-verification as per following steps:

  1. You’ll receive verification code via SMS
  2. Go to https://faceid.maxis.com.my/tac and key in verification code within 2 hours
  3. Click on Let’s Start
  4. Scan your ID
  5. Confirm identification details
  6. Get ready for face verification. Position your face as per instructions
  7. Once you have completed verification, your order will be processed after reviewed

• What is the validity period for verification code?

  The verification code is only valid for 2 hours upon receiving SMS.

• What will happen if I didn’t complete self-verification within 2 hours?

  Your verification code will be expired. Please contact us to re-send new verification code or your order will be auto-cancelled.
