  • Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 is a secondary service which enables cellular connectivity for your Apple Watch GPS + Cellular and Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE. It allows you to share your mobile number, call, SMS and data from your mobile line with your Smart Watch even when your phone is not nearby or powered on.

  • The monthly subscription fee for Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 is RM18/month.

  • Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 allows you to share data from your mobile line

  • No. There is no contract if you just sign up with Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18. You will be contracted if you purchase Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE with Zerolution on Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18.

  • Sorry, international roaming is not enabled for Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18. You can use your cellular watch in Bluetooth mode when roaming.

  • Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 can be used by below devices:

    • Apple Watch GPS + Cellular with OS 6.1.1 (and above) which pairs with an iPhone compatible with iOS 13.3 and above.
    • Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE which pairs with any Samsung smartphone with Android 5.0 and above.
  • All customers below are eligible to activate one (1) Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 as a secondary service:

    • Maxis Postpaid 98/108/128/158/188/248/368
    • Maxis Postpaid Share 48 (Supplementary)
    • Maxis Family Plan 299/399/499
    • Maxis Family Plan Member and Additional Member 48
    If your primary line current has a multi-SIM service (also known as Share N Surf), you will not be able to activate Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18. You may get a Maxis Postpaid Share 48 to replace the multi-SIM, then pair and activate for Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18.
  • You may sign up for Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 as long as your mobile line is subscribed to the eligible rate plans.

  • You may sign up for this plan with your own watch or watch purchased from Maxis.

  • You may subscribe for Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 as long as your mobile line is subscribed to the eligible rate plans. You may subscribe for Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 with your own watch or watch purchased from Maxis.

  • To activate your watch Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18, just choose to activate cellular from the smart Watch app and follow thru the see step-by-step guide on Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 activation.

  • Just reactivate Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 plan with your new mobile number and proceed using your watch as usual.

  • If you have an existing active Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 subscription, you do not need to sign up and activate the plan on your new phone; just pair your Galaxy Watch with your new Samsung Smartphone to continue enjoying the benefits of Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18.

  • If you have an existing active Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 subscription, you do not need to sign up and activate the plan on your new phone; just pair your Galaxy Watch with your new Samsung Smartphone to continue enjoying the benefits of Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18.

  • Just activate Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 with your new mobile line and proceed using your watch as usual.

    If you do not wish to use your Galaxy Watch with your previously paired mobile line, please contact us to terminate your Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 plan that’s tagged to the line.

  • Your Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 service can only be activated for one (1) watch at a time. If you wish to change to a new watch, please contact us to terminate the service for your previous watch. After that, you are free to activate the service for your new watch.

  • Your Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 will be terminated too.

  • If your mobile line is suspended, your Maxis Postpaid Watch Connect 18 service will also be suspended.

  • To ensure that you are pairing with your selected number, just turn off the network for mobile line which you do not wish to pair your Galaxy Watch and proceed to perform pairing for Samsung Galaxy Watch and smartphone like normal.

  • You may purchase Galaxy Watch on Zerolution, with this you get to pay off your watch with 24 / 36 months installment.
