  • No. There is no contract if you just sign up with Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch. You will be contracted if you purchase Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE with Zerolution on Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch.

  • Sorry, international roaming is not enabled for Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch. You can use your cellular watch in Bluetooth mode when roaming.

  • Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch can be used by below devices:

    1. Apple Watch with cellular with OS 6.1.1 (and above) which pair with iPhone compatible with iOS 13.3 and above.
    2. Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE which pair with any Samsung smartphone with Android 5.0 and above.
  • You may subscribe for Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch as long as your mobile line is subscribed to the eligible rate plans.
    You may subscribe for Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch with your own watch or watch purchased from Maxis.

    If you do not wish to use your Galaxy Watch with your previously paired mobile line, please contact us to terminate your Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch plan that’s tagged to the line.

  • Your Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch service can only be activated for one (1) watch at a time. If you wish to change to a new watch, please contact us to terminate the service for your previous watch. After that, you are free to activate the service for your new watch.

  • Your Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watchwill be terminated too.

  • If your mobile line is suspended, your Smart Watches and Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch service will also be suspended.

  • To ensure that you are pairing with your selected number, just turn off the network for mobile line which you do not wish to pair your Galaxy Watch and proceed to perform pairing for Samsung Galaxy Watch and smartphone like normal.

  • You may purchase Galaxy Watch on Zerolution, with this you get to pay off your watch with 24 months installment.
