  • Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch allows you to share data from your mobile line.

  • Sorry, international roaming is not enabled for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch. You can use your cellular watch in Bluetooth mode when roaming.

  • Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch can be used by Apple Watch with cellular with OS 6.1.1 (and above) which pair with iPhone compatible with iOS 13.3 and above.

    • All MaxisONE Plan 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 and MaxisONE Share line customers are eligible to activate one (1) Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch as supplementary line.
    • If your primary line current has a multi SIM service (also known as Share N Surf), you will not be able to activate Maxis Postpaid 18. You may get a MaxisONE Share to replace the multi SIM, then pair and activate for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch.
  • You may sign up for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch as long as your mobile line is subscribed to the eligible rate plans.

  • You may sign up for this plan with your own watch or watch purchased from Maxis.

  • Yes, you can pair your Maxis mobile line with Apple Watch which are supported by Malaysian networks. For list of Apple Watch supported by Malaysian networks, please refer to https://www.apple.com/my/watch/cellular.

  • Here is the step-by-step guide on how to activate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch. Before you begin, please make sure that your iPhone is on iOS 13.3 and Apple Watch on WatchOS 6.1.1. Your network is MyMaxis and network provider bundle is Maxis 40.1 and above (on your iPhone, go to Settings/ General/ About, scroll to Network for details).

  • Just reactivate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch with your new mobile number and proceed using your watch as usual.

  • If you have an existing active Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch subscription, you do not need to sign up and activate the plan on your new phone; just pair your Apple Watch with your new iPhone to continue enjoying the benefits of Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch.

  • Just activate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch with your new mobile line and proceed using your watch as usual.

    If you do not wish to use your Apple Watch with your previously paired mobile line, please contact us to terminate your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch plan that’s tagged to the line.

  • Your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch service can only be activated for one (1) Apple Watch at a time. If you wish to change to a new Apple Watch, please contact us to terminate the service for your old Apple Watch. After that, you are free to activate the service for your new Apple Watch.

  • Your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch will be terminated.

  • If your mobile line is suspended, your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch service will also be suspended.

  • To ensure that you are pairing with you selected number, just turn off the network for mobile line which is you do not wish to pair your Apple Watch and proceed to perform pairing for Apple Watch and iPhone like normal.
