Upon successful completion of your order, you will see a confirmation screen displaying your unique Order ID. We will also send a detailed confirmation to the email address you provided, so please ensure it is entered correctly.
- For Delivery Orders: The confirmation will include your order details, delivery charges (if applicable), your specified delivery address, and the items scheduled for delivery.
- For Maxis Store Collection Orders: The confirmation will include your order details, the Maxis Store address for collection, and the items to be collected.

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations. This is because the item is immediately reserved for packing and delivery preparation to ensure prompt fulfilment.

For new customers, it is a requirement to pick up your purchases at your preferred Maxis Store from the provided list. This is necessary for us to perform the required identity verification in person before handing over your items, ensuring a secure transaction.

Once your order is confirmed, the item is reserved and prepared for either delivery or collection at the chosen location. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate any requests to change the collection store or switch between delivery and self-collection options.
