Maxis Online Store

  • Just look for your preferred device or services and place your order online at www.maxis.com.my.

  • Upon successful ordering, you will see a confirmation with Order ID on the screen.

    For delivery of your order - The confirmation includes your order with delivery charges (if any), delivery address and the items which will be delivered to you.

    For collection of your order at Maxis Store - The confirmation includes your order with Maxis Store address and items to be collected.

    Please ensure that you have entered your e-mail address correctly as we will send you an email confirmation upon receiving the order.

  • Please do the following:

    1. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies.
    2. Press YES.
    3. Close your browser and reopen it, the problem should be resolved.


    If the problem persists, please contact us via Live Chat or leave your number for us to call you back.

  • Just track your order online by clicking Track Your Order on the order confirmation screen or in the email sent to you.

  • Please contact us via Live Chat or call us if you do not receive your order on selected delivery date.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to cater for any request for changes or cancellation as the item is reserved for packing and delivery preparation immediately.

  • Debit card and online banking (FPX) payment option is available for purchase via Maxis Online Store for all purchases except for Zerolution.
    Payment via credit card is mandatory if you want to sign up for Zerolution contract.
    Cash payment option is not available for all transactions via Maxis Online Store.

  • No, there is no additional charges if you pay with credit card.

  • This option is not available now.

  • Yes, online banking (FPX) payment option is available for purchase via Maxis Online Store for all purchases except for Zerolution.

  • We only cater for delivery within Malaysia. We do not offer delivery outside of Malaysia.

  • This option gives you a choice to pick up your items at selected Maxis Store.

  • For new customer, you are required to pick up your purchases at your preferred store from the list. Please come in person as we will perform the necessary verification before handing over your items to you.

  • You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or office as long as you ensure you will be at the location to receive the order in person.

  • We will deliver your order to you based on your preferred delivery date.

  • It’s free! There are no delivery charges.

  • You will need to have your Identity Card / Passport ready for verification by the delivery agent. Upon successful verification, the delivery agent will hand over the package to you.

  • Yes, you will need to be there for verification purpose.

  • The shipping process starts as soon as you place your order and therefore we are not able to cater for any request for changes.

  • Once your order is confirmed, the item has been reserved and to be prepared for delivery or to be collected. We will not be able to cater for any request for changes
