To upgrade to the all-new Maxis Postpaid plans, launch your MaxisApp and tap on "Bonus 5G" (Note that Share'n'Surf/MISM SIMS are not compatible with 5G. You may visit our Maxis stores for assistance).
Is your preferred mobile number tied to an existing contract with Maxis?
You will need to complete or terminate your existing contract if you have more than 1 (one) remaining month. You may check your contract period in the MaxisApp under Service Details > Contract.
