Let's Train Together is a free hybrid functional training event guided by certified instructors from MORPH KL. Participants will work in teams of two and complete a series of functional fitness stations designed to challenge strength, endurance, agility, and teamwork.
Everyone is welcome, including first-timers. No prior experience or specific fitness level is required. Participants must register as a team of two. Participants should also be of an appropriate age to safely undertake physical activity, and those under 18 years old may require parental or guardian consent. For important information on fitness suitability, medical conditions, injuries, and other health considerations, please refer to the Health & Safety – Are there any health prerequisites? section.
No, this is a training experience focused on fitness, teamwork, and having fun. Participants are encouraged to challenge themselves and move at their own pace.
The session consists of six functional movement stations designed to test and improve strength, stamina, coordination, and teamwork through a variety of exercises.
