Maxis Extends Existing Home Fibre Network To Provide Solutions For Gamuda Land’s Twentyfive.7
Maxis and Gamuda Land today signed a service agreement for the provision and deployment of network infrastructure and services to one of Gamuda Land’s key township developments, twentyfive.7 located at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The agreement which was successfully concluded after a market competitive evaluation process by Gamuda Land is part of Maxis’ on-going co-investments with property developers in the country in providing high speed broadband connectivity to homes through its own built fibre network.
Under the agreement, each of the 279 units of landed homes in Phase 1A & 1B and 596 units of The Amber Residence in twentyfive.7 will be equipped with a customised MaxisONE Home fibre plan with speeds of up to 300Mbps. Residents will get the best of both worlds through an ‘Always On’ proposition with fixed offerings and Maxis’ industry leading 4G network for mobile coverage, enabling them to enjoy high resolution streaming, simultaneous device usage, lag-free gaming, seamless video calls and more when they move into their new homes. The customised plan, which comes with unlimited iFlix access at home and mobile, unlimited free domestic calls to all mobile and landlines and a DECT phone, will be free for residents for two years from the time it is activated, courtesy of Gamuda Land.
twentyfive.7 is a 257-acre integrated mixed development township, located in Kota Kemuning with a gross development value (GDV) of RM4.2 billion.
