For those who want to experience the full potential of the best data network in the country, there is an option to upgrade to high speed internet for just RM1 a day, or RM30 per month for 1GB of data.

To enjoy a truly worry-free internet experience, anytime and anywhere, all customers need to do is purchase and activate the #Hotlink plan which comes with pre-loaded airtime, and they are instantly connected.

Dushyan Vaithiyanathan, Maxis’ Head of Consumer Business, said, “In today’s mobile internet environment, constant connectivity is no longer a luxury but a necessity. With #Hotlink, what we are essentially offering our customers is an ‘always connected’ experience. It is a simple, flexible plan that is relevant to the needs of our prepaid community.
“This plan represents a new category of mobile internet usage, which eliminates the current high entry barrier since there are absolutely no pay-per-use charges. Therefore, we are extremely excited at the prospects of #Hotlink as it is an ideal product that is aimed at widening access to the internet.
In addition, customers in Sabah will also be able to enjoy free calls to all Maxis or Hotlink numbers. All customers need to do is top up RM5, and immediately enjoy 25 minutes worth of free calls, and up to 100 minutes if they top up RM30 or more. #Hotlink also offers customers one low flat rate for off-net calls as well as a flat SMS rate to ALL networks, including free air time with top-up bonuses.

“We are also thrilled to offer our customers in Sabah free on-net voice calls with this plan, as part of our localised offerings that provide even more value and a richer communication experience,” added Dushyan.
