My role involves developing Python scripts to automate processes and summarising data into visually pleasing dashboards. This exciting job provides opportunities for continuous learning – from technical training to non-technical courses in leadership skills. Completing the Python training equipped me with skills to develop solutions for different projects, while the MicroStrategy course enhanced my proficiency in condensing data. Scrum certification and stakeholder management training improved my project management and communication skills. Big Data has always been the field that interests me the most. One of the most exciting projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on in Maxis was developing a recommendation model using SVM and KMeans algorithms. The resulting model empowered us to deliver personalised recommendations for Mobile Internet (MI) passes, aligning precisely with each customer's unique usage patterns and needs. I’ve been given the opportunity to explore and enhance my skills, understand the story that data tells, and find solutions that drive business growth. The power of teamwork and the help of open-source articles really enriched my knowledge. Going forward, I'm thrilled to leverage data-driven insights to drive business success.
