Zerolution

  • Zerolution allows you to own a device effortlessly through monthly installments over 24 or 36 months, with 0% interest.

  • The  Device Advance Payment (DAP) is collected as a token of your commitment, and it will be fully refunded to you as monthly bill rebates over your contract period.

    Example: A RM240 DAP on a 24-month plan = RM10 will be credited monthly to your bill.

  • Zerolution is available for a wide range of devices, including flagship models. Exclusive offers may be available in the Maxis app for a limited time, so be sure to check regularly to make the most of these deals.

  • Signing up is easy! Choose your preferred channel:
    📍 In-store:Visit any Maxis Store nationwide for hands-on help.
    🛒 Online:

  • You can retain your current Maxis plan if it is eligible for Zerolution. However, some plans may not be bundled with the programme, so it's advisable to check with a Maxis representative online or in-store.

  • You can change any Maxis Postpaid plan with higher commitment. However, downgrading or switching to a non-eligible plan may be considered early termination. In such cases, you can own the device by settling the remaining device balance.

  • To check your device contract details, including the expiry date or remaining period:

    From the Home screen:

    1. Select your service
    2. Scroll down to "Service Details"
    3. Tap on "Contract"


    Your active contract details will be displayed, including: 

    • Plan
    • Device 
    • Contract Name
    • Start Date
    • End Date
    • Early Termination Fee 


    Note: Contract details are only available for active contracts. 

  • If you terminate early, you can own the device by paying off the remaining balance in a lump sum. There are no additional penalties or hidden fees involved
