    Step-by-Step Guide via Maxis app and Maxis Care

    Open Bills Section
    Launch the Maxis App or log in to Maxis Care.
    Select Bills.
    Choose Your Account
    Select the account you want to enable eBill for.

    Enable eBill
    Go to Manage Bill > eBill.
    Toggle the switch to ON (green = active).
    If it’s OFF, swipe to enable it.

    Enter Your Email
    Provide your preferred email address.
    A verification link will be sent instantly.

    Verify Your Email
    Check your inbox for an email titled “Maxis eBill - Email Verification”.
    Click the link immediately to complete your subscription.
    Can’t find it? Check your spam/junk folder.

    Done! You’ll now receive eBills via email. 

  • This may occur due to the following reasons: 

    1. Verify Your Subscription Status
       

      Log in to the Maxis App or Maxis Care.
      Navigate to Bills > Select your account > Manage Bill.
      Confirm the eBill toggle is switched ON (green).

    2. Email Verification Not Completed
       

      Ensure you clicked the verification link sent to your email within 24 hours of signing up.
      If not, re-enable eBill and check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for the email titled “Maxis eBill - Email Verification”.

    3. Subscription Timing Relative to Billing Cycle
       

      If you subscribed less than 48 hours before your Statement Date, eBill will activate in the next billing cycle.

      Example:
      Statement Date: 7th of each month. 
      eBill sign-up date: 6th April → eBill begins on 7th May. 

  • The computer-generated email may have been mistaken by your email provider as junk or spam mail. If this is the case, you'll need to contact your email provider directly. Alternatively, include maxis@maxis.xmr3.com in your address book.

    INFO: You may refer to Page 1 of your monthly bill statement (top-right corner) for your Statement Date.

  • Yes, you can choose to receive a paper bill by post. Here’s how:

    How to request a paper bill: During registration: Inform our team that you prefer a paper bill.

    After registration: Update your preference anytime via Maxis App or Maxis Care

    Important notes:
    A fee applies for paper bills:
    RM10/month for Itemized Bill or Itemized SMS Bill.
    RM5/month for Summarized Bill.
    To avoid fees, consider switching to free eBills (electronic bills). They’re eco-friendly and accessible via email.
