You'll only need to log in once to have your info at your fingertips.

Although your MyMaxis App uses mobile data (as indicated in your data usage section), you can rest assured that the app doesn't take from your data quota.
Select 'Sign Up' and fill in your account details and ID number.
Fill in the required information including your preferred password to proceed.
A verification email will be sent to your inbox. Follow the instructions to complete the sign up process.
Once verified, you're ready to sign in with your new Online ID.
Select 'Log In'
Enter your online ID
Ensure your Secure Keyword matches your online ID before you enter your password.
Once you've completed the log in, you're ready to begin

Once selected, you can view all your account information
Want to switch numbers or accounts? Tap on the accounts section on the top right corner
Select your account or mobile number you wish to switch
Want to manage data limits on individual devices?
Tap on this section to begin!
Here, you’ll see detailed information about how much data you can share.
To share, tap “Show Details”.
Next, you’ll be presented with data details for devices under your plan, plus Current Usage and Usage Limits.
To set the Usage Limit, tap on the Gear icon.
Now, you can set the Usage Limit for any device or remove it altogether.
Don’t forget to press “Save” once you’re done!
Tap to view your Mobile Internet usage
Swipe the menu below and tap to select your preferred type of Mobile Internet Pass
Choose your pass you wish to purchase for your phone
Tap the 'Buy' button to confirm your purchase
You will receive a SMS confirmation of your purchase
Tap your bill to view your Billing Information
Tap the BILL DATE to view your current bill summary
Click 'Download Bill' to save a copy on your phone or tap on 'Payment History' to track your past payments
Select 'Subscribe to E-Billing'
Key in your email address and hit 'confirm'
Once confirmed, you will now receive your E-Billings to your preferred email address
Turn ON your 'Location Service' to activate the 'Rewards Near Me' locator. Tap the icon on map to show reward details or to get directions to it.
Alternatively, you can view the full list of rewards available by tapping on the 'View All Categories' tab.
You can browse each category by swiping through it or tap to view the full list of rewards under it.
Tap on any of the rewards to view more details.
Select 'Download Pass' to redeem and enjoy your rewards.
Under “More”, tap “INTERNATIONAL ROAMING”.
Choose the country you are visiting from the list.
Choose the data roaming pass you wish to purchase for your phone.
Tap the “CONFIRM” button to confirm your purchase.
You will receive a SMS confirmation of your purchase.
