• What is the Early Upgrade offer?

  Eligible customers who own a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 or Galaxy Z Fold6 are offered a free upgrade from their current Zerolution contract to a new contract with the latest Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 or Galaxy Z Fold7 at no additional cost when they trade-in their device. The early termination charge for ending your current contract and starting a new one will be waived.

• Who is eligible for this Early Upgrade?

  This offer is exclusively for existing customers currently using a Samsung Galaxy Z6 series device under an active Zerolution 24-month or 36-month contract that started between 22 July 2024 and 31 October 2024, and who have already completed at least half of their contract tenure.

• When is the Early Upgrade period?

  The Early Upgrade offer is available for a limited time and depends on your contract period:

  • If you are on a Zerolution 24-month contract, upgrades are available from 10 July 2025 to 30 November 2025.
  • For Zerolution 36-month contract, upgrades are available from 1 January 2026 to 30 April 2026.

• How do I claim my free Early Upgrade?

  Check the banner in the Maxis app to see if you are eligible. After confirming eligibility, please register your interest through the app and select your preferred Maxis Centre for device collection. This registration helps us to secure your new Galaxy Z Flip7 or Galaxy Z Fold7 for you. Our team will then contact you with further details to complete the upgrade process.

  Alternatively, you may walk-in to your nearest Maxis Centre to utilise your Early Upgrade offer, subject to device availability.

• Is there a deadline to claim the Early Upgrade offer?

  Yes, please redeem your offer during the Early Upgrade period.

• Will the Early Upgrade affect my current contract or monthly billing?

  Yes, your current contract will be terminated as part of the Early Upgrade process, and any remaining balance on your existing device will be waived. A new contract will be activated for your Galaxy Z Flip7 or Galaxy Z Fold7, which will include device charges according to the device offering and plan.

• Can I choose between the Z Flip7 and Z Fold7 for the upgrade?

  Yes, eligible customers can choose to upgrade to either the Galaxy Z Flip7 or Galaxy Z Fold7, subject to availability.

• What condition must my current device be in to qualify?

  Your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 or Galaxy Z Fold6 must be in good working condition and free from major damage to qualify for the upgrade.

  The final decision to accept or reject your device for trade-in is up to Maxis' discretion.
