Criteria for eSIM

Who is eligible to activate eSIM?

Maxis eSIM is available for all Maxis mobile postpaid customers including Hotlink Postpaid Flex and Corporate plans. It is available for new line registrations and existing customers.

Where can I get Maxis eSIM?

Maxis eSIM is available at all Maxis Centres, Maxis Exclusive Partners and Maxis Online Store (for new device purchase only).

Will I be tied to a contract if I activate eSIM?

The eSIM is like any other SIM cards hence it is not tied to any contracts. However if you signed up on a new device package with Maxis, you will be tied to a contract.

How do I enjoy this offer?

All you have to do is walk in to any participating outlets and request for an eSIM for your eSIM enabled device. The eSIM device must be supported by Maxis.

Do I have to sign up to any specific rateplan in order to use eSIM?

There is no specific rateplan for eSIM. You can use eSIM with any current plans of Maxis Postpaid Plan, Hotlink Postpaid and Corporate Plans.
