Change eSIM Enabled Devices


What should I do if I sell or pass on my eSIM enabled devices?

You should delete your eSIM profile by resetting your eSIM and terminating your subscription associated to the device. If your device has an active eSIM profile, future usage incurred on the device will still be billed to you.


I tend to switch devices depending on my situation ie travel etc. Since now I’m using eSIM on my mobile device, how do I switch to other devices?

For eSIM, any change in device will require a new QR code (SIM replacement treatment). In this case, you may use the dedicated nano-SIM slot available in your mobile device.
