Indoor signals can weaken due to:
- Thick walls or building materials (e.g., concrete, metal).
- Distance from the nearest 5G tower.
- Building layout (e.g., basements, multi-level structures).

Supporting Devices and Plans

For iOS:
Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data.
Select 5G Auto/On to enable or 4G to disable.
For Android:
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.
Choose 5G/4G/3G/2G to enable or 4G/3G/2G to disable.

Yes! All iPhone 12 series and newer models support 5G.
Ensure your device runs iOS 16.4 or later and has 5G enabled in settings. -
No worries! You’ll automatically connect to our 4G network, which still delivers fast, reliable service.

No. You can connect to 5G network if you are using 4G LTE SIM.

No, 5G does not increase your data usage. However, it enables you to enjoy significantly faster download and upload speeds.

When you are in a 5G coverage area, you should be able to connect to 5G, please ensure that you have:
- 5G enabled plan;
- 5G eligible devices;
- 4G LTE SIM. To check, just dial *100*8*5# from your phone;
- Have 5G settings enabled on your device;
- Battery is NOT on power saving mode or battery charge is low. Some phone model may turn off 5G network mode automatically to conserve battery.

There is no speed cap, 5G is expected to be much faster than 4G while offering lower latency and better bandwidth. Data limit is as per the data allocation according to your rateplan.

Calls currently use our 4G LTE network for reliability. After hanging up, your phone automatically reconnects to 5G for data.

While transitions are usually seamless, 5G coverage is still expanding. We’re:
- Adding new 5G sites monthly.
- Optimizing handovers between networks.
- Working with device makers to improve compatibility.
