Stolen SIM and Phone

Someone snatched my phone. How should I stop the service from being misused?

  1. Please call us immediately when you aware of the theft to suspend the service and request to block your phone under Public Cellular Blocking Service (PCBS)*
  2. Walk in to any Maxis Stores to replace your SIM card. 


If a crime is involved, please make a police report and ensure that the IMEI number is included in the police report. Ensure the reactivation of your account to be done within 90 days after suspension.

SIM replacement is an important change, please bring along your MyKad, we will conduct biometric verification prior to making any amendment. For foreigner, please walk in personally with your passport. A replacement fee of RM10 is applicable.
