Everybody Wins This Season Of World Football With Hotlink's Bolananza Contest!

Football fans rejoice! During this world football season, Hotlink customers can take part in the Bolananza contest, which is offering over RM1,000,000 worth of cash and prizes. To win with Bolananza, all a customer needs to do is select their favourite football team and be rewarded with calls, SMS and data worth up to RM60. The contest will run until 14 July 2014.

Here’s how to take part in the Bolananza contest:

Opt-in to the contest for free by sending “YESWIN / YAWIN” to 22010. Alternately, customers can dial *100# from their mobile phone and select “Hot Deals”, followed by “Bolananza Contest”
Receive the list of teams playing in the following day’s matches
Select their team of choice by sending the team code (example: BRA for Brazil) to 22010. Customers will be charged RM2 for each team selection
If their selected team wins, they will be rewarded with 100 minutes of voice calls, 100 SMS and 1GB of data worth a total of RM60. If their team loses or draws, they will still win 20 minutes of voice calls, 20 SMS and 20MB of data worth a total of RM7. The calls, SMS and data will be fulfilled to customers by 12 pm on the match day*.

Customers will also stand a chance to win a whopping RM50,000 cash prize in the Bonus Round. All they need to do is accumulate 10 team wins, correctly answer 5 football trivia questions and 10 participants who give the most correct answers in the fastest time will take home the grand prize.

Through our Bolananza contest, we are creating a lot of excitement around this special occasion by rewarding our Hotlink customers with the opportunity to win big. And the great thing about Bolananza is that, whether their team wins or not, everybody wins by just taking part!” said Dushyan Vaithiyanathan, Maxis’ Head of Consumer Business.

In addition to the Bolananza contest, customers also have the opportunity to win a free official 2014 Nike football jersey of Brazil, England, Netherlands or Portugal. All they have to do is collect all 6 Bola Edition Top-Up Tickets, which are available in RM10 and RM30 denominations, and redeem their jerseys at selected Maxis Centres nationwide. This promotion is valid until 31 July 2014 only.
