Bookmark Option
- Save Maxis Care link for instant access
For secured transactions, you are required to use Maxis ID.
- Active Maxis mobile number
- Registered Maxis ID
- Internet/mobile data connection

To access multiple lines under one account, you just need to log in with your principal line or sign up for Maxis ID.
If you have multiple accounts registered under your ID (NRIC/Passport), just sign up for Maxis ID with your email, verified your email address and linked your account in Maxis Care.

Steps to link your Maxis accounts under the same ID (NRIC/Passport).
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care landing page, tap your profile icon and select Manage my accounts.
- Tap Link My Accounts.
- Enter your account number, choose your ID type (NRIC for Malaysians or Passport for foreigners), enter your ID details, then tap Continue.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear once the accounts are successfully linked.
- Your linked accounts will then be displayed under Manage my accounts.

Steps to reset your Maxis ID password.
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the landing page, tap your profile icon and select Manage my accounts.
- Tap Manage Maxis ID. Click on edit Password.
- Enter your current password and your new password, ensuring it meets the password requirements, then tap Continue.
- A notification confirming the successful password change will appear. Tap OK to close it.

Steps to manage your DataPool
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap Manage DataPool.
- Adjust the predefined limits for the mobile number you wish to update by sliding the controls.
- Tap Save. You will receive a confirmation SMS shortly after.
- The updated limit will be reflected immediately on the Manage DataPool page.

Steps to purchase Mobile Internet Passes.
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap Buy Passes.
- Select your desired pass type and choose the suitable option.
- Review the selected pass and the amount to be charged, then tap OK to complete your purchase.
- You will receive an SMS confirming your successful purchase, and the new quota will be updated immediately on the dashboard or service details card.

Steps to purchase international roaming passes.
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap Buy Passes.
- Select the Roaming tab and choose your desired country or use the search bar to find it.
- Select the roaming pass you want, review the charges, then tap OK.
- You will receive an SMS confirming your purchase, and the new quota will be updated immediately on the dashboard or service details card.

Steps to check International Roaming rates.
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap Buy Passes.
- Select the Roaming tab and choose your desired country or use the search bar to find it.
- Tap the Roaming Rates tab to view the roaming rates, including any available special passes.

Steps to check Bill Details, Credit Limit, Payment History, and Download Your Bill.
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the landing page, select the mobile number you want to view the bill details.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap your Account Number.
- You will then be able to access the following information:
- Amount Due
- Bill Cycle Date
- Bill Statement
- Annual Summary of Invoices
- Manage eBill
- Manage Direct Debit
- Manage Credit Limit
- Manage Digital Spend Limit
- Payment Arrangement
- Individual Line Charges and Unbilled Amount
- View and download bills from the past 6 months
- View the last 3 payment transactions

Steps to pay Maxis bill.
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap Pay Now or select the bill card to pay from the Bill Details page.
- On the payment confirmation page, enter the amount you wish to pay and tap Pay.
- Choose your payment method—for example, Credit/Debit Card—enter your card details, and tap Continue.
- Enter your bank’s TAC/OTP code or approve the Secure2U request from your respective bank app to verify and tap Next.
- A payment confirmation page will appear once the transaction is successful.

Steps to Set Up Direct Debit for Your Maxis Account
- Log in to your Maxis Care account.
- On the Maxis Care dashboard, tap the bill card or Bills tab to access the Bill Details page. Then, select Manage next to Direct Debit.
- Toggle the switch to enable Direct Debit.
- Enter your credit card details and tap Continue.
- Enter your bank’s OTP/TAC code approve the Secure2U request from your respective bank app to verify and tap Next.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the registration is successful.

Open your web browser and enter care.maxis.com.my in the address bar, then tap Go or Enter.
- Add a Bookmark/Favourite for Faster Access:
In the browser menu, select Add Bookmark (or Add to Favourites), then give the shortcut a name for easy identification.
