I only have a Home Fiber/ broadband service with Maxis. My mobile number is registered with another telco. Can I still sign up for Maxis ID to manage my services?
Yes, you can. You just need input the following details during the registration process and your Maxis ID will be linked to your subscribed Maxis services.
- A valid mobile number by any local service provider;
- A valid email address (remember to verify by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you)
- Your ID number and your mobile or broadband account number.
