New Device Trade In Program (effective 16 July 2019 till 31 Mar 2020)

What is this trade in offer about?

This trade in program enables you to trade in ANY working smartphone to receive an upfront payment up to RM 2,450.

This program is open for new and existing Maxis customers who sign up for any Maxis Postpaid with Zerolution or Normal Contract.

This promotion is suspended from 18 March 2020 till further notice.

Where can I go to sign up for the offer?

This offer is available at the following Maxis stores in Klang Valley, Pahang, Penang and Melaka.

How much will I receive for my old phone?

You may receive up to RM 2,450 for your old phone. Assessment will be done and the trade in amount will be depending on the model and condition of your phone. Terms and conditions apply.

I have traded in my phone, who should I contact to check on my payment status?

You may contact support centre of this trade program at +603 79313417 to check the status of your payment. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp your payment enquiries to +6011-6527 3417.

I have completed the assessment and suppose to hand in my phone, how do I cancel my trade in order?

To cancel your order, please drop an email to or WhatsApp +6011-6527 3417 with your order ID (MYCA00XXXX).

What you should know about the monthly trade in bonus:

  • You are eligible to receive an additional rebate on top of your trade in value for the selected devices of the month.
  • This is only applicable for the first 50 Maxis customers.
  • Trade-in bonus is only valid for devices without damages or with minor scratches.
  • Total trade-in value might vary depending on the actual phone condition.
  • List of phone models eligible for trade-in bonus will be updated every month.
  • You may still trade in your old devices with Maxis, even if your device is not part of the list.
