How do I activate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch on my Apple Watch?

Here is the step-by-step guide on how to activate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch. Before you begin, please make sure that your iPhone is on iOS 13.3 and Apple Watch on WatchOS 6.1.1. Your network is MyMaxis and network provider bundle is Maxis 40.1 and above (on your iPhone, go to Settings/ General/ About, scroll to Network for details).


What happens if I change my mobile number (without changing my rateplan and iPhone)?

Just reactivate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch with your new mobile number and proceed using your watch as usual.


What happens if I change to new iPhone (without changing my service i.e. mobile number and rateplan)?

If you have an existing active Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch subscription, you do not need to sign up and activate the plan on your new phone; just pair your Apple Watch with your new iPhone to continue enjoying the benefits of Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch.


If I wish to use my Apple Watch with a different mobile line (that’s one a different SIM and rateplan) but using the same iPhone, what do I do?

Just activate Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch with your new mobile line and proceed using your watch as usual.

If you do not wish to use your Apple Watch with your previously paired mobile line, please contact us to terminate your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch plan that’s tagged to the line.


I am changing to a new Apple Watch and my phone is currently paired with an Apple Watch and subscribed to Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch, what should I do?

Your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch service can only be activated for one (1) Apple Watch at a time. If you wish to change to a new Apple Watch, please contact us to terminate the service for your old Apple Watch. After that, you are free to activate the service for your new Apple Watch.


What happens if I terminate the mobile line which also subscribed Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch plan?

Your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch will be terminated.


Can I still use my Apple Watch with Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch if my mobile line is suspended?

If your mobile line is suspended, your Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch service will also be suspended.


My iPhone supports dual SIMs (physical and eSIM), how do I perform pairing with my selected number?

To ensure that you are pairing with you selected number, just turn off the network for mobile line which is you do not wish to pair your Apple Watch and proceed to perform pairing for Apple Watch and iPhone like normal.
