What is Maxis app and how would it benefit me?
Previously, you would have to rely on your company manager to provide you with data or roaming, which might not be sufficient for your consumption. By using this app created specifically for you, you can purchase data and roaming passes on your own, as well as enjoy exclusive deals and rewards as a Maxis Business user.
I am a Business Individual customer (I pay for the bill), how do I use Maxis app?
Please sign up for Maxis ID and log in with Maxis ID.
What are the features that I can enjoy?
You can purchase Internet and Roaming passes, view your data usage and company information, and browse a range of exclusive Maxis Deals for Maxis Business users.
How do I log in to the app?
Tap on “Using a company line? LOGIN HERE”. Key in your company-provided mobile number and the 6-digit TAC code sent to your number by SMS.
Are there any data charges for using this app?
No data charges for usage within the app. However, the location map feature in Maxis Deals, and re-direction to other websites or apps from the Maxis app will incur standard data charges.
Will I be charged when I use the app?
You will only be charged for any purchases that you confirm within the app.
How do I make payment for my purchases?
You can make payment by credit/debit card, or online banking via Maxis Pay.
How will I know whether I have received my purchase?
You will receive a confirmation SMS on your purchase. If you do not receive this within an hour, please call 1919.
I made an error on my purchase, can I get a refund?
No, if you have confirmed a purchase on the app the money is not refundable.
