Using *100# When My Line is Barred

Can I use Easy Menu *100# if my Mobile service is barred due to exceed credit limit or delayed in bill payment?

Yes. You can access the following options in Easy Menu *100# menu: Billing info - Current outstanding balance, Unbilled amount, and credit limit, payment history, my Mobile number, customer Service Channel.
