    Call our customer service hotline.

  • Yes! Residents of high-rise buildings can subscribe.
    Note: Speeds may vary depending on your building’s infrastructure. We’ll help you choose the best option.

  • Yes, all plan come with a 24-month contract.

  • An early termination fee equal to the remaining months of your subscription will apply.

  • New customers: Add Unlimited Voice for RM10/month (includes a free DECT phone).

    OR use your own phone: Pay RM0.09/minute for calls.

    Existing customers upgrading plans: Use your current compatible phone or purchase a new device (DECT phone not provided).

  • You have two options:

    • Add unlimited local calls for RM10 per month
    • Pay-as-you-use at RM0.09/minute for local calls to mobile and fixed lines

     

    Standard rates apply for special numbers and international calls. For international call rates, please check our Premium IDD rates on our website.

  • Yes! You can keep your current VOIP number when you upgrade to any of our plans.

  • We'd love to welcome you to Maxis! Simply contact our customer service hotline, and our friendly team will guide you through the switching process step by step.

  • When you change plans, you'll see:

    • Prorated charges for both your old and new plans
    • Any applicable usage charges (such as phone calls)
    • Any add-on services you've subscribed to 
    • Our billing is transparent, showing exactly what you're paying for.
  • No, your credit limit will remain the same as long as it's sufficient for your new plan.
