Charges For Technical Support


Are there any charges when the technician attends to my fault complaint?

We will first provide trouble-shooting over the phone. If onsite technical support is needed, the visit is free of charge, however if there is any non-standard wiring involved, you may liase with the technician on the charges, or get your own contractor to perform the work.
