Here is the step by step guide on how to perform a trace route to identify the route through the internet from one computer to another:

Step 1: Navigate to the Windows Start Menu.
Step 2: Input “command prompt” in the search box and click “Enter”.
Step 3: Input tracert command followed by the destination IP address/domain.
Step 4: Once the trace is complete, please screenshot and share your results with our customer care consultant for further troubleshooting.
