Criteria to Sign up for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch

Who is eligible for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch?

All MaxisONE Plan 98, 108, 128, 158, 188 and MaxisONE Share line customers are eligible to activate one (1) Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch as supplementary line.

If your primary line current has a multi SIM service (also known as Share N Surf), you will not be able to activate Maxis Postpaid 18. You may get a MaxisONE Share to replace the multi SIM, then pair and activate for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch.

My mobile line is contracted, am I still eligible to sign up for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch?

You may sign up for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch as long as your mobile line is subscribed to the eligible rate plans.

Do I have to purchase Apple Watch from Maxis to sign up for Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch?

You may sign up for this plan with your own watch or watch purchased from Maxis.

I have purchase an Apple Watch from overseas, can I pair it with my Maxis mobile line and subscribe to Maxis Postpaid 18 Watch?

Yes, you can pair your Maxis mobile line with Apple Watch which are supported by Malaysian networks. For list of Apple Watch supported by Malaysian networks, please refer to https://www.apple.com/my/watch/cellular.
