Termination of SafeDevice Subscription

 

How do I terminate my subscription for SafeDevice?

You may terminate your SafeDevice subscription at:

  • Maxis Self Serve; select your service with SafeDevice subscription, select Services and click on Add/Remove Services.
  • Call us.

Your phone is no longer under the SafeDevice protection programme once you have terminated your subscription.


My phone is damaged after I terminated my Maxis SafeDevice subscription. Is my phone still covered under the protection policy?

Your phone is no longer under the SafeDevice protection programme once you have terminated your subscription.


Can I reactivate my SafeDevice subscription once I've successfully terminated my subscription?

No. You cannot reactivate SafeDevice once it is terminated.
