• How do I place a device order online?

  Simply visit www.maxis.com.my, browse for your preferred device or services, and follow the on-screen prompts to place your order.

• How will I know that my order is successful?

  • Upon successful completion of your order, you will see a confirmation screen displaying your unique Order ID. We will also send a detailed confirmation to the email address you provided, so please ensure it entered correctly.
  • For Delivery Orders: The confirmation will include your order details, delivery charges (if applicable), your specified delivery address, and the items scheduled for delivery.
  • For Maxis Store Collection Orders: The confirmation will include your order details, the Maxis Store address for collection, and the items to be collected.

• I can’t seem to add or remove items into my shopping cart. What should I do?

  This issue can often be resolved by clearing your browser's cookies. Please try the following steps:

  Go to your browser's settings or tools menu.

  • Navigate to 'Internet Options' or 'Privacy and Security'.
  • Select 'Delete Cookies' or 'Clear Browsing Data' and confirm.
  • Close your browser completely and then reopen it. The problem should now be resolved.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes, you can easily track your order online. Simply click 'Track Your Order' on your order confirmation screen or use the link provided in the email confirmation sent to you.

• What if I do not receive my order on the selected delivery date?

  If your order does not arrive on your preferred delivery date, please contact us promptly. You can reach us via our 24/7 WhatsApp Live Chat at +6012-3451123 or call our customer service at 123 (from a Maxis mobile) or 1800 821 123 (from other local mobile/fixed lines).

• Will I be able to cancel or change the model of my order?

  Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations. This is because the item is immediately reserved for packing and delivery preparation to ensure prompt fulfilment.

• If I don’t have any credit card, can I still order via Maxis Online Store and pay by debit card or cash at your Maxis outlets?

  You can pay using a debit card or via online banking (FPX) for all purchases made through the Maxis Online Store. However, cash payment is not accepted for any transactions made via the Maxis Online Store.

• Are there any charges for credit card payment?

  No, there are no additional charges when you pay with a credit card.

• Can I pay with a credit card easy payment scheme?

  Currently, this option is not available. We are continuously working to enhance our payment options.

• Can I pay with online bank transfer?

  Yes, the online banking (FPX) payment option is available for all purchases made via the Maxis Online Store.

• Can I have the delivery made outside of Malaysia?

  No, we only offer delivery services within Malaysia. We do not cater for deliveries outside of Malaysia.

• What is ‘In-Store Pickup’?

  This convenient option allows you to collect your ordered items from a selected Maxis Centre, providing flexibility and ensuring you receive your device securely.

• Why is 'In-Store Pickup' my only option for delivery?

  For new customers, it is a requirement to pick up your purchases at your preferred Maxis Store from the provided list. This is necessary for us to perform the required identity verification in person before handing over your items, ensuring a secure transaction.

• What is ‘Home Delivery’?

  Home Delivery allows you to have your order conveniently delivered directly to your home or office. Please ensure you are present at the specified location to receive the order in person.

• How long do I have to wait before the order is delivered to me?

  We aim to deliver your order based on your preferred delivery date. 

• Are there any delivery charges?

  It’s free! There are no delivery charges for all online orders

• What do I need to prepare on the day of delivery?

  On the day of delivery, please ensure you have your Identity Card / Passport ready. The delivery agent will require it for verification purposes. Upon successful verification, your package will be handed over to you.

• Do I need to be there in person to collect the order from the delivery agent?

  Yes, for security and verification purposes, you must be present in person to collect your order from the delivery agent.

• Can I change the delivery date once I have placed my order?

  The shipping process begins as soon as your order is confirmed, which means we are unable to accommodate requests for changes to the delivery date.

• Can I change my selected store location for collection, or switch between self-collection and home delivery after placing an order?

  Once your order is confirmed, the item is reserved and prepared for either delivery or collection at the chosen location. Therefore, we cannot facilitate any requests to change the collection store or switch between delivery and self-collection options.
