Receiving Unwanted Paper Bill
I just subscribed to eBill but still getting my bill delivered via post.
There could be a few possibilities:-
- Please check if your subscription is successful, by checking on Maxis app, select Bill and account.
- Be sure you did email verification for eBill sign up within 24 hours.
- If you’ve signed up to eBill less than 48 hours from your Statement Date, you will only receive eBill on the next following month. For example, you signed up to eBill on 6th April and your Statement Date is 7th of every month, in this case you will get your eBill from 7th May onwards.
