• What is this trade in program about?

  The Maxis Trade-in program enables new and existing Maxis customers to trade in devices such as smartphones, tablets and smartwatches in order to receive instant discounts on your purchases in store.

• What is this rebate promotion about?

  Trade in your old device* to get the latest Samsung Galaxy S24 series to enjoy total trade in rebates of up to RM3,060. For example, trade in a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB (worth up to RM2,410) and get additional rebates of up to RM650**.

• What is the minimum value if I trade in?

  For this limited time offer, trade in any smart mobile devices* and be entitled to a minimum value of RM 650**.

• Where can I go to trade in my device?

• How do I trade in my devices with Maxis?

  To get an estimated value of your smartphone/tablets, download Maxis Trade-in app from Google Play Store/iOS App Store/Huawei App Gallery and follow the steps to assess your phone.

  When you are ready to trade in your smartphone and sign up with a new contract, just walk-in to any Maxis Stores and our team will help you to complete your transaction. Remember to back up your device before heading to Maxis Stores.

  For Smart Watch, please walk-in to the nearest Maxis Stores to evaluate and trade-in your old device.

• Can customer trade in more than 1 device at 1 time?

  You can trade one (1) device per contract sign up.

• What if my trade in value is higher than the new purchase/contract?

  You may trade in a higher value device and sign up a device contract on a lower value device. Your trade in value will be credited back into your monthly billing.

• Can I still trade-in devices other than eligible models as stated question 2?

  Yes, you still can trade in your devices at our stores. We accept a wide range of brands & models.
