  • Yes. You are welcome to upgrade your fiber plan to any Maxis Fiber plan with higher speed. However, downgrading your fiber plan will be deemed as early termination of your contract.

  • Early termination of your Home Zerolution contract will require you to pay a device remaining balance charge.

    Device remaining balance is calculating based on [(Recommended Retail Price (RRP) ÷ 36 months) x remaining month(s) of Commitment Period] + Device non-return fee
